UPPER LEVEL: 1 King and 1 Queen ensuite bedrooms each with its own luxurious spa bathroom. Upper level also provides another family room with large 65” flat screen TV, Peloton bike, weights, and yoga area. French sliding doors lead to a deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. LOWER LEVEL: 1 room with 4 twins, family room with large TV, bathroom, laundry room with washer & dryer, and access to garage. Included: 5 car parking, 8 beach badges and chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a surfboard, spacious outdoor shower, 5 bikes, ALL linens (sheets, towels, and beach towels), and extra refrigerator/freezer in lower level/garage. Mantoloking is located only 10 mins away from Bayhead/Point Pleasant train station. Nestled between two major towns: Point Pleasant and Sea Side, these towns offer boardwalks with many attractions, such as rides, arcades, mini golf, and Jenkinson’s Aquarium. They are incredibly entertaining for both adults and children. There are three towns that are close enough to bike to: Lavalette, Ortley, and Normandy Beach. These beach communities have wonderful restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping. Walking distance only 1 block from the house is “Charlie’s,” a farmers stand with fresh fruit, vegetables, and daily grocery needs. They have fresh breads, pastries, and their famous cheesecake is the creamiest cheesecake ever. Adjacent is a cafe offering breakfast and lunch. Only a 7-minute walk to Blu Sushi, the best sushi/Japanese cuisine in the area with outdoor dining. NO LARGE PARTIES, EVENTS, OR PETS. Cleaning service available upon request.

“This house was great for a multi-generational family (from 3 months to 85 years old - all were comfortable)! Marilice was very responsive and the place had so much to offer! The house was very clean and has amazing views of the water! The decks were so great to hang out with the whole family. It was also very convenient to be able to walk and get coffee or lunch or ice cream! The “gym” equipment was a huge plus for our very health minded family! I would highly recommend it.”

“We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect. The private beach entrance is right by a lifeguard but away from public beach access, so it's less crowded. Very nice neighborhood. House has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space. We were 11 guests.”

“Wonderfully beachfront vacation. All the amenities made it perfect. We had baby days on the beach and expresso martinis before dinner on the large beautiful porch. So nice to not have to lug stuff back and forth knowing your right there to run up to the house for a cold water or toddler tantrum. We walked to Used to Bes one night for some appetizers and drinks and it was about a 15 min easy walk. Charlies being across the street is very nice for breakfast and the 2 adult bedrooms on the top floor with private bathrooms and own living space make it nice and roomy for couples. Marilice was very easy to communicate with before and throughout the trip! 10/10”
